Grammar in this conversation — "nouveau / nouvel / nouvelle"
The adjective nouveau (new) is one of the rare French words that has THREE singular forms: nouveau before masculine consonant, nouvel before masculine vowel/h, nouvelle for feminine. It also goes BEFORE the noun, not after.
